We are looking forward to working with one of the UK premier house builders with their new scheme in Bournemouth comprising 45 apartments with basement car parking. The scheme has been approved for construction and due for completion mid 2015.

- HMS Caroline – For our work on the restoration and interpretation of this historic vessel in Belfast’s Alexandra Dock
– 2018 RIBA Award 2018 – Brentford Lock West (E)
- Brentford Lock West Block E wins the ‘RIBA Award 2018’ – Construction of Phase II to the award–winning Brentford Lock West development, providing 157 new build high specification residential units across two RC blocks (Block E and F) along the banks of the Grand Union Canal. Works also include a basement car park, footpath and towpath alongside landscaping and garden works.
– 2018 ICA Awards – International Project – Catherine House
- Catherine House student accommodation in Portsmouth wins ‘International Project of the Year Award 2018’ at the Irish Construction Industry Awards in Dublin – This project included the conversion of the existing landmark building Zurich House and construction of an adjoining building to provide 1000 bed student accommodation block. The scheme will also include car–parking facilities and a public space linking Stanhope Road to Victoria Park.
