Prestigious Project Scoops Equally Prestigious Award
We are delighted to announce that our Belmond Cadogan Hotel project has won the ‘Lobby and Public Spaces’ category at the recent SLEEPER / AHEAD awards event in London.
The judges were particularly impressed with the clever reworking of the old dark entrance into a light, airy and inviting space.
We like to think that our contribution in sensitively and discretely integrating the MEP services in this space (and throughout the scheme) was a critical enabling factor in the judges decision! Our Cadogan team worked tirelessly for over 5 years to ensure the services installation did not detract from the imagined aesthetic in any form.
