New port facility at Belfast’s Victoria Terminal 4 (VT4) to replace the existing facility at Herdman Channel. This included a fuel farm for refuelling the ships, utility services infrastructure upgrade, DRD compliant road lighting, security building, check–in facilities, terminal building, foot passenger walkway, linkspan, site and amenity lighting, CCTV and security systems for both Stena Line and the PSNI.
