The comprehensive refurbishment of the building resulted in its usable space increased from 93,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft, including ground floor retail up to 3,225 sq ft. Most notably the top three floors of the nine–storey building were extended, including the addition of two new roof terraces on the fifth and sixth floor. The frontage of the lower four storeys maintains the street line of neighbouring buildings, with the upper levels tiered back. The office entrance was relocated to make better use of ground floor space and enjoy the benefit of the now pedestrianised and paved Cursitor Street.

Careful consideration had been given to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating as well as anticipation of the future occupier requirements in this evolving and changing location.
