The project comprises the design and construction of a 124 bed hotel, service areas, plant, landscaping and 78 no. basement car parking spaces in both the new and existing basement void together with associated external works.

The hotel building will provide 124 no. bedrooms over 11 storeys. This hotel building will be occupied by Premier Inn. The new Premier Inn Brentford represents the initial phase of a large mixed use, multi–phase master plan.
