Demolition of the former 317 bedroom Thorncliffe Hotel followed by the Design & Build of new 4 star 303 bed hotel with large 1000 seat Banqueting Facility, Spa & Fitness Centre and landscaping to respect the metropolitan green belt.

The hotel is four storeys tall with more than 15,000 sq meters of floorspace comprising four linked blocks linked by glazed corridors, broadly occupying the same development area as the existing buildings.
