Construction of a new Class A commercial office building and 124 bed Premier Inn hotel with restaurant and associated support space, a café/coffee shop, complete with a double level basement car park, on the site of existing office blocks at Kidwells Park Drive, Maidenhead.

The plans include a 124–bedroom hotel with restaurant and bar facilities, car parking, and an adjoining commercial building to provide 60,000 square feet of office space.

A ‘visually striking’ new hotel and office complex will replace dated buildings opposite Kidwells Park.
