This £10m project invloved the major renovation and extension to the existing Meadowlane Shopping Centre in Magherafelt. Caldwell were responsible for MEP design and site management. The project included a 500 space multi–storey carpark plus 17No. additional retail units,  new fully smoke ventilated mall and a fully air–conditioned management suite and centre control room.
