Construction of a new 550 bed 14 storeys slender tower student accommodation building. The development largely comprises a mix of ancillary accommodation including but not limited to
Reception, Common Room, Cycle storage, plant space, and laundry & bin storage.

The site is the former 2 storey building which was home to the Bournemouth University Forensic Science Study Centre and car park.

The orientation of the building is driven by the active strong street edge and presence along Lansdowne Road and Oxford Road whilst presenting enhanced green corridors as illustrated in the diagram to the right. The building frontages and its entrances at street level were carefully considered.
