New Build Hotel on the site of the former immigration police station Saltire House and adjoining carpark.

The project is currently being developed as a 240 bed Hampton by Hilton hotel with planning application approved for an increased 240 bed hotel.

The building will be 6 storeys with all hotel services at Ground floor level and bedrooms above ground on level 1 – 5.
