Rose Bowl Stadium
The stands have been equipped to function for rock and pop concerts. There are purpose built facilities for disabled spectators and their carers. The new stands will mean the ground will be able to cater for 25,000 spectators and is phase 1 in the step to making the Rose Bowl the first model cricket ground in the UK and one of the largest. The weather protection and high–specification seating ensures comfort for the spectators and alterations to the entrances means enhanced access and egress. A new broadcasting area has allowed a Tri–vision screen to be incorporated and also suitable locations for Sky TV and the international media to broadcast making the Rose Bowl a truly modern cricket experience for both those viewing at home and the spectators at the ground.
