The project consists of the development of a hotel comprising 8,670 m2 of accommodation space (357 bedrooms) and associated parking and vehicle access.

The new hotel development is to be located immediately to the south–west of Enterprise House within Stansted Airport.

The Site is located within a strip of land between the operational airside land to the north west and the dedicated railway line to Stansted Airport Station to the east and adjacent land to the south–west currents consists of car parking and is mostly bound by roads, buildings and hardstanding areas.
