We focus on training and development for all our team, providing in–house programmes, CSR, specialist training schemes, Continued Professional Development (CPD) and life long learning. This forms part of a training record and monitoring system that’s integral to our QA system. The Company Quality Assurance system and procedures conform to Quality Management Systems BS EN ISO 9001 and the Environmental Management System BS EN ISO 14001. All our systems are operated internally by a Director and QA Manager with full third party accreditation. We have now embarked on the Investors in People scheme to hone our management and support systems. On every project our aim is to create a dynamic working environment where the best minds in the industry flourish and deliver creative design solutions to clients and partner professionals.
